teenixa reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any Submissions at its discretion.

Orders, Payments & Cancellation

teenixa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

Only orders in paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled. Orders that have already shipped or been packed cannot be canceled.

All orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. teenixa cannot be held liable for claims of non-delivery in such cases.

Shipping & Customs

teenixa ships from multiple warehouses worldwide. Orders may be split into multiple packages depending on stock availability.

All shipments are delivered duty unpaid. Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. teenixa cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon dispatch of the order.

Customer Code of Conduct

teenixa is committed to providing respectful and professional customer service. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unreasonable behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.

teenixa reserves the right to refuse service or future orders from customers who engage in unacceptable conduct.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
